Early Stage Researcher – EC Funded Position (Fixed-term for 20 months)

Monthly living allowance of the Sterling equivalent of €3685 per month plus specified additional allowances

Dynamics of Institutional Cooperation in the European Union (INCOOP)

The EC-funded INCOOP project is a Marie Curie Initial training Network (ITN) funded under the FP7-People programme, with the aim of creating a better understanding of the functioning of institutions in the European system of multi-level governance. The network comprises 8 European organizations and 3 professional organizations, associated partners and high level officials.

The research at Loughborough is focused on the evolution of the European diplomatic system and will examine inter-institutional relations between the EEAS, EU institutions and the EU member states. It will focus on the EU’s diplomatic relations with third countries. A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in, and an excellent command of English are essential and the candidate should also have basic computer skills and a proven organisational competence.
